  • Are all the cleaning heads up in your pool? If so, refer back to the question, “Multiple zones/stations stay on continuously.”  
  • Are all other return valves closed? Not Sure. Refer back to the Troubleshoot Your System Page.
  • Have you recently changed out your pump? If so, did you install the same size/type? If a smaller pump or impeller was installed, it will reduce the flow to your system, preventing your pool from properly cleaning. Even if the horse power is the same, make sure it is a “High Head” pump.

  
If you have an older system, it is common for your pump's impeller to wear out or become clogged with debris. Have a service professional check your pump immediately. If your pump is operating properly, check to make sure there is not a blockage in your suction line.
