Shipping Policies

When you place an order, In Floor Pool Parts will estimate shipping and delivery dates. These dates are based on product availability and payment processing time. In Floor Pool Parts does not begin processing your order until all the information for full payment and authorization is received.

For in-stock items, In Floor Pool Parts prioritizes the prompt shipment of your merchandise by making it our goal to ship your order within 48 hours of its placement, excluding weekends and holidays. For items on back order, In Floor Pool Parts orders your product(s) directly from the manufacturer and will ship your merchandise as soon as it is received. In case of a back order, we will provide you with an approximate shipping time immediately.

Domestic Shipping

We offer a flat rate shipping of $8.99 to the contiguous U.S. with no handling fees!

All orders will be shipped utilizing the most reliable, and cost effective method providing you the greatest savings possible and most timely delivery frame. Average delivery is 3-5 business days.

**Wholegood items are excluded from free shipping, customers will be contacted for the exact freight cost once the order has been placed. If you would like to obtain a freight quote in advance, please send us an email.

Prices for Alaska and Hawaii orders will be available once the information regarding order weight and destination has been processed. Wholegoods are excluded from flat rate calculated at checkout; you'll be contacted on the exact freight.

Express Shipping

Need it quicker than ground shipping? We also offer express shipping for the contiguous U.S.

The exact shipping cost of your order will be automatically calculated at checkout before finalizing your payment. Express orders placed on a holiday or weekend will be shipped out the next business day.

Express Shipping exclude these items:

  • Whole Goods
  • Cartridges
  • Heaters
  • Filters (including filter tops & bottoms)
  • Pumps
  • Motors
For express orders with one of the listed items above, you will be contacted with the exact shipping cost to ship the item.

If you require Next Day or have any special shipping requests, please contact our customer service department for a shipping quote.

*Orders placed after 12pm AZ time, will not be processed until the next business day. Orders placed on a Friday for Next Day shipping will not be delivered until Monday or next business day. For Saturday Delivery, please contact our office. Any orders with express shipping placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed the next business day.


International Shipping

If you do not live in the USA, well, we are here for you and our NO HANDLING FEES and NO HIDDEN CHARGES policy applies to international customers as well! In Floor Pool Parts is proud to be one of the few internet retailers in the swimming pool industry to offer shipping to our customers located outside of the US.

**Shipping rates only cover freight. Any duties or taxes or additional brokerage fees must be paid by recipient.

To ensure that orders reach our customers in a cost effective and timely manner, whether you place an order from across the street or across an ocean, we utilize the most reliable and cost effective method, providing you with the greatest savings possible and most timely delivery frame.

International Priority - $45.00
Average delivery time: 5 to 10 business days.

International Express - $55.00
Average delivery time: 3 to 5 business days.

Any duties or taxes or additional brokerage fees must be paid by recipient.

We have separate shipping rates for Canada**:

Canada (No Brokerage Fee Coverage) - $39.99
Average delivery time: 3 to 5 business days.

Canada (Brokerage Fee Mostly Covered) - $59.99
Average delivery time: 3 to 10 business days.

*Please note that our shipping fees include only freight/air costs. In Floor Pool Parts is not responsible for covering additional fees that may incur such as duties, taxes, or custom fees.

**Shipping rates to Canada only cover freight & basic brokerage fees. Any duties or taxes or additional brokerage fees must be paid by recipient.

Please note: when ordering items if your package exceeds 8 pounds in weight you may be notified of the additional shipping cost. With your approval you will be billed the additional freight cost. We do not charge any handling fees.

Return Policies

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, In Floor Pool Parts is glad to refund or exchange any new and unused (non-defective) merchandise within 30 days of receipt. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked manufacturer packaging including all parts, accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. In Floor Pool Parts will assess a 15% restocking fee* for returned merchandise. Return of orders that received free shipping, will be refunded less the actual shipping cost that InFloorPoolParts.com incurred to ship the order.

*Please note that if you order the wrong part for your system we will NOT apply any restocking fee as long as the part is in unused condition and you request an exchange for the correct part. A new shipping charge will be applied to the exchange order.

All charges related to the return of any item(s), including shipping charges, remain the responsibility of the customer. You may return your product(s) after acquiring authorization from In Floor Pool Parts. To obtain a Merchandise Return Authorization Number, please contact our customer service department via e-mail, prior to returning merchandise. If an item is defective you must contact the manufacturer to obtain warranty of the item. If you have a defective Paramount Pool Part, please contact our customer service department to obtain warranty of the item.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless you received an item in error. On warranty shipments the customer is responsible for all freight charges, inbound and outbound.

Please note that In Floor Pool Parts is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping. We recommend that you inspect the merchandise directly upon delivery and if physical damage is detected, a customer must obtain a note from the driver recording the damage at the time of merchandise acceptance. You must also contact the shipping carrier immediately after noting the damage in order to file an insurance claim. If assistance is needed in the claiming process, In Floor Pool Parts will be happy to help.

In Floor Pool Parts strives to make the exchange process for our customers simple and hassle-free. If a customer returns merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase and the return is a result of an error concerning an incorrect item, In Floor Pool Parts will pay the return shipping costs and promptly ship out the correct item. In order to return any item(s) please contact In Floor Pool Parts at cs@infloorpoolparts.com to receive a Merchandise Return Authorization Number. Please note that In Floor Pool Parts reserves the right to refuse any products shipped without a return authorization number issued by us.

Authorization for return of all merchandise will be denied if any shipment carrier other than UPS or FedEx delivers the product. If you deliver your returned merchandise through an alternative carrier, In Floor Pool Parts recommends that you entail the manufacturer's warranty service from their field warranty service centers for your own protection, unless otherwise stated in writing from In Floor Pool Parts. All returned products are subject to inspection before a return credit can be approved. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
